It is amazing indeed that while Harvard Business Review, Time Magazine, Economist and the numerous other articles of higher learnings celebrate school-dropout personalities that have gone on to change the world, universities and institutions are still mired in such red-tapes.

I attribute it to administrative laziness on their part. The product of the commoditization of education.
